We specialize in specialty & organic foods. From gourmet coffee, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees. And we carry daily vitamins and supplements.

All the food that we serve are made in our kitchen "nothing from a box or a can." We use local produce and fruits in all of our ingredients. Everyday you have a choice from three of our hearty organic soups, and rotate between 9 different choices, we also have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options!

In addition, you have a choice from our two hot entrees that change daily ( Coq au Vin, Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Cacciatore, etc...), sandwiches, and made to order salads. All the meats in our dishes are healthy. The chickens are free range from Rosie Chickens. The beef and lamb come from Niman Ranch (Distrib. by Del Monte Meat Co.). We offer a variety of our baked goods made in house by our wonderful pastry chefs.

We brew gourmet fair trade coffee beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Tanzania daily. As well as roast them weekly (usually Sundays) in an impressive 7.5 kilo (approx. 16 lbs) US Roaster Corp. Coffee bean roaster. In addition, we make specialty coffees, such as cappuccinos, espressos, mochas, lattes, as well as fresh juices and smoothies and sell organic tea.

But That's not all we even offer Holistic Health Services Such as Yoga, Chiropractic therapy, Massages, Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, as well as Art Therapies, by appt only, call for details.
